Your Mind’s Eye
Today, take a minute (or more) and develop your “mind’s eye.”
The mind’s eye is defined as “the part of your mind that allows you to visualize things — to “see” them in your imagination.”
William Arthur Ward said, “If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.”
You can fine-tune your mind’s eye at night before sleep.
Do some breathing to become relaxed.
Then, envision yourself at a favorite or desired place.
Visualize every detail and think about your vision’s sounds, smells, tastes, and textures.
The more clarity you can cultivate, the closer your dreams are to becoming a reality.
