Today, take a minute (or more) and step aside.
We’ve all heard the saying, “Get out of your own way.”
Yet, what does that mean, exactly?
For me, it means halting self-defeating behaviors.
It means patiently allowing life to unfold.
When we step aside and allow our “inner” knowing to lead the way, with trust and patience, then we can relax a bit.
We can stop convincing ourselves that we “can’t” do this or that.
We can move away from self-criticism and self-doubt.
Instead, we can attach ourselves to that secret and secure feeling of just knowing where our path will lead.
This confidence in our future will allow us to turn worry into curiosity — doubt into certainty, and fear into boldness.
Can you take a minute today and just step aside and let your intuitive self take the reins?
