Sigh of Relief
Today, take a minute (or more) and breathe a big “sigh of relief.” Whatever transpires in our lives, there are always opportunities to see relief. We may have been concerned about something and someone and then realize it’s all going to be okay. We may have been mired in an “impossible” situation and then make either a tiny step or a giant leap towards something better. We should always look for the “small wins” and acknowledge them, even if it’s just making it through another day. A strong, healthy “sigh of relief” is comforting and also a way to be grateful. We can accompany it with, “I’m so grateful I made it through that.”
