Pop The Bubble — Poof, it’s gone!

When we pop a bubble, poof it’s gone.
The idea is if we can release the pent-up thoughts, the negative emotions, and through awareness and understanding release them from our minds, then we can begin to eliminate them. Imagine a distracting or disturbing thought leaving your mind inside of a bubble. Watch it float for a minute. Think about its source and then visualize yourself reaching over and popping it. Release the thought into thin air. Poof, do you feel lighter?
