Today, take a minute (or more) and think about how to “love your problems.”
I watched a video by Buddhist monk Robina Courtin recently, and she says, “You have to learn to love your problems like you love ice cream.”
Can you imagine this?
Generally, we wince and whine our way through problems.
We lament, “Why is this happening to me?”
So, to love them — feels like a tall order.
Yet, if we can flip a problem from something that causes panic and anxiety to something that makes us think creatively — that makes us take on the challenge — then we can certainly learn a lesson and maybe even see that the problem can lead us to something amazing.
