Just for today
Today, take a minute (or more) and put yourself into the moment of “just for today.” Anyone that reads philosophical books understands that ideally, we live in the present moment mindful and aware of “now.” Many of us struggle with that concept. How about we try it today. Just for today, there are no worries or concerns. Just for today, there is nothing to fear. Just for today, everything is perfect. Now think about this. What if every day was “Just for today?”…
