Is It Time to Wake Up Your JuJu?
Today, take a minute (or more) and think about how to wake up your juju.
You know, sometimes we get in a rut — get stuck, and things just don’t feel like they are supposed to feel.
We may say, “Is this forever?”
It doesn’t have to be.
We know who we are and how our lives are supposed to look.
For me, I was in a pretty good flow for a while — I always felt I had some magical juju propelling me forward — until I didn’t.
My juju has been taking a long-deep hibernation period.
I’m so ready to wake it up and get back to who I really am.
I’m trying a few things.
Positive affirmations, more journaling, more time in nature, dancing, music, clean food, less alcohol.
And, of course, meditation and looking deep within for some guidance.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
