Invite Intuition

Intuition is not a gift for a select few people who seem different or appear to have a heightened perspective.

Intuition is for everyone. However, it only works when paired with self-awareness.

Of course, if we are just stumbling through in a semi-unconscious state, then we are surely missing out on the subtleties — the synchronicities that occur in our daily lives.

So, how do we become more aware?

It goes without saying that we pay attention. We listen, we watch, we have faith in our hunches. However, we also spend time alone, write in our journal, spend time in nature, and get interested in our dreams. We keep an open mind and an open heart. We trust. Our intuition is a gift that wants us to live the life we were born to live.
