Author Jen Sincero said, “If you are serious about changing your life, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.”

How often have we witnessed this in others and ourselves?

It’s so, so easy to conjure up all the reasons we can’t implement change.

Truly, there is no end to available excuses.

We often don’t even realize how severely we are crippling our progress by propping up on the never-ending stream of justifications and rationalizations.

And while excuses can offer relief for a moment — they don’t age well as we watch our lives become unbearably stagnant.

Confront your excuses with courage and determination.
