Deny Doubt

Today, take a minute (or more) and deny doubt. Doubt is an insidious little pest that causes us to ignore our intuition and instincts. Doubt often seeps into our mind after a disapproving frown or vacant stare is cast our way after we share our dreams and passions. Once the seed of doubt is planted, then fear begins to sprout, and we often unwittingly hang our heads and abandon our aspirations. Khalil Gibran said, “Doubt is a pain too lonely to know that faith is his twin brother.” No one knows what you know about yourself. Always trust that.
