August 3 — Mindful Minute
Today, take a minute (or more) and make a pact. Make a pact with yourself to stop procrastinating. Make a pact with yourself to spend at least a few minutes each day to work on your particular passion. Make a pact with yourself to believe in your unlimited potential. Make a pact with yourself to silence the internal chatter that halts you in your tracks. Make a pact with yourself that you won’t let your past define you. Today, say this. “I promise myself that I will stop doubting my abilities, my strengths, my unique gifts. I promise myself that I will not be afraid to take the steps required to improve my life. I promise myself that I will live each day for my highest good and greatest potential.”
