August 24 — Mindful Minute
Today, take a minute (or more) and raise your vibration. High vibrations lift those around you. Even though we don’t see a person’s vibration, we feel it. We all know what is like to walk into a room and experience both a person with high vibrational energy and with low. The high vibration people we encounter make us feel lighter or excited where the low vibration people may make us feel drained. High vibrations give us more energy — more focus. We can raise our vibration by turning off the news for a while. We can do yoga and meditate. We can read uplifting insightful books. We can go to a park, a river, or the ocean and take a walk without headphones. We can eat nutrient dense plant-based foods that nourish our body naturally. We can practice pranayama (yogic breathing) or Qi Gong (chi activation). When we lift our own energy, we can pass positivity around to others. Pass the glow.
