Today, take a minute (or more) and step aside. We’ve all heard the saying, “Get out of your own way.” Yet, what does that mean, exactly? For me, it means halting self-defeating behaviors. It means patiently allowing life to unfold. When we step aside and allow our “inner” knowing to lead the way, with trust and patience, then we can relax a bit. We can stop convincing ourselves that we “can’t” do this or that.
